Our recruitment services are handled through third-party company Indeed, who pass us your contact details, CV, and covering letter so that we can match you with our vacancies, and contact you with regards to screening, arranging interviews, and informing you as to the progress of your application.
We believe that Indeed comply with the provisions of the GDPR.
We regard Indeed to be the GDPR data controller for this information, since they initially collected it, and are responsible for its dissemination and long term storage. We consider that we perform the role of GDPR data processor, as we simply match your details to our vacancy on behalf of Indeed.
For successful applicants we retain application information as part of their employee records.
Where we are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, we may also pass applicant information on to that client, so that they can participate in the recruitment process. From that point on, we regard the client as becoming the GDPR data controller for any personal data that they choose to retain.
We may ask to retain the personal information of unsuccessful applicants to match with our future vacancies, but won't do so unless we obtain your explicit permission.
