I’m Felix, HR Consultant at Loates.
I am a highly experienced HR professional, with over 10 years of experience spanning across the public sector, private sector and non-for profit. During this time, I have developed a particular interest in employment law, specifically around the Equality Act 2010 and the interpretation of this in SMEs.
I have a track record of risk management in relation to disciplinaries, absence management and grievances while providing strategic overview. I am Level 7 CIPD qualified with Chartered Status.
