About Me
Hi there!
I’m Dr Kev, one of the Directors at Loates.
I’m responsible for all the non-client-facing back-office aspects of the business, such as finance, marketing, IT, and the like.
Coming from a technology background, I’m primarily concerned with improving systems and processes, so that our consultants can work as efficiently as possible.
But perhaps surprisingly for a tech person, I’m also really interested in people, their wellbeing, and helping them to become the best they can be.
Which means my overall goal is to create the type of workplace I would have liked to have personally experienced earlier in my career, when I was an employee myself. So, that means high levels of trust and autonomy, decent work-life-balance, and proper respect for mental and physical health.
Yes, rather surprisingly I am actually a doctor.
Not the useful medical kind though.
