About Me
Hi there!
I’m Clare, Training Consultant at Loates.
I am passionate about learning and debunking myths that all education has to be formal. Learning is for everyone!
For over 20 years, I have managed teams of varying sizes across a number of different sectors – most recently I was a senior manager for a national charity. I’m experienced in both strategic management and people management, so understand the day-to-day challenges managers and team leaders face.
Alongside these roles, I have enhanced my learning and development practice, delivered apprenticeship training programmes, and become a L&D specialist for the corporate organisations I worked in.
My mission is to create training that is accessible and easy to apply in everyday working life. I am a practical person and enjoy passing on my knowledge, good practice and realistic frameworks to others.
I still get a buzz from creating and delivering training that helps others achieve their goals.
