Our recruitment services are handled through third-party company Indeed, who pass us your contact details, CV, and covering letter so that we can match you with our vacancies, and contact you with regards to screening, arranging interviews, and informing you as to the progress of your application.

We believe that our GDPR lawful basis for processing such personal data is one of consent.

We regard Indeed to be the GDPR data controller for this information, since they initially collected it, and are responsible for its dissemination and long term storage. We consider that we perform the role of GDPR data processor, as we simply match your details to our vacancy on behalf of Indeed.

For successful applicants, we retain application information as part of their employee records.
